Radha Bachman serves as HPS General Counsel, contracted through FisherBroyles. As the daughter and sister of physicians, Radha Bachman is uniquely aware of the intersection between clinical, business, and legal objectives in healthcare.   Her clients include a diverse array of healthcare entities with a focus on single and multi-specialty physician groups, assisted living owner-operators, and ambulatory surgery centers.  She regularly assists these clients in structuring and executing deals with third-party investors and private equity organizations, provider-to-provider mergers and acquisitions, corporate document preparation, Medicare revalidations, and general contract review.   Her expertise extends to state and federal healthcare regulatory matters.  Ms. Bachman regularly helps healthcare clients develop legally compliant relationships, considering the myriad governmental and payor requirements. 

Ms. Bachman is one of only 129 attorneys in Florida to be board-certified in Health Law by The Florida Bar.  She serves as the Vice Chair of the Health Law Board Certification Committee of the Florida Bar, Chair of the CLE Committee of the Florida Bar Health Law Section, and a member of the American Health Lawyer’s Diversity + Inclusion Council.  Ms. Bachman has been selected as a Florida Super Lawyer and a Chambers USA Up and Comer in the practice of health care law and is a frequent lecturer on substantive health care law topics as well as mentorship and diversity in the legal profession.
