On February 25th & 26th some of the top vein care practices from around the country gathered for what turned out to be one of the most successful HPS roundtable meetings to date. Welcomed by warm weather in sunny, Tampa, FL, the highlights consisted of best clinical protocols, presented by Dr. Thomas Cunningham of Trident Vein, Spring Hill, TN, and a great discussion surrounding lead generation and marketing best practices, presented by Ashley Ball, CMO of HPS and Vein911 Vein Treatment Centers. Additionally, HPS hosted several keynote speakers including Candace Agate, from Methapharm (Asclera), Nidia Sosa from Juzo, Patrick Valtin with Hire for Happiness, Otilia Canter from DecisionHR, Stephen Ray of NES, Michele Krohn with Full Circle PR, and Radha Bachman, Esq.
HPS would like to officially welcome Dr. Chad Aleman with Aleman Vein Center, along with Dr. Jim Karamichos from Region Vein. Dr. Chad Aleman began his practice as a full-time vein specialist in January of 2008. He is passionate about his mission to improve the lives of those with symptomatic varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Aleman has performed literally tens of thousands of modern, minimally-invasive vein treatments. In 2009, Dr. Aleman was in the second class of doctors to pass a rigorous exam to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Venous & Lymphatic Medicine. This is a select group that has proven their dedication and competence in the field of venous and lymphatic medicine.
Dr. Karamichos opened Region Vein in August 2020 in order to focus more on individualized patient care and help his patients attain healthier legs. In 2009, Dr. Karamichos was one of the first physicians in the nation to be certified by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. As a venous and lymphatic specialist for over 14 years, he is dedicated to treating varicose vein disease and related disorders. To date, Dr. Karamichos and Region Vein were voted #1 in vein care by The Times of Northwest Indiana for the last two years in a row. They are now in the running, again, for best vein care in 2023 through Best in the Region. HPS is pleased to have both Dr. Aleman and Dr. Karamichos join us as they bring decades of experience to HPS and are valued partners of the largest network of independent vein practices in the country.
Up next, HPS and its partners are looking forward to the 2023 UIP World Congress & AVLS 37th Annual Congress in Miami, FL. This prestigious event will take place September 17th-21st at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The UIP and AVLS are connecting the continent, and welcoming the world at what will be the largest and best international vein and lymphatic medical conference to date.
