Scot J. Dubé: Chief Executive Officer
Scot is a proven executive with 15 years experience as President & CEO of 2 medical device companies that enjoyed great growth and financial results. Scot’s skills include P&L management, acquisitions, including full, successful integrations, and creating and fostering great cultures with performance management in focus. He is a collaborative leader and empowers his team members to excel and enjoy their work.
As the CEO of a major medical compression company, Scot learned many best practices in Venous and Lymphatic Medicine. He has extensive experience collaborating with key opinion leaders globally as evidenced by his 5-year board participation with the Foundation for Venous and Lymphatic Disease (Part of the AVLS) and served as Treasurer for 2 years.
Scot is a Biochemist and attended Rutgers Graduate School MBA program to round out his scientific training. His current hobbies include pickleball and weight training. While at Boston College, Scot was a 4-year member of the swimming and water polo teams, is a cyclist, and holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do.
